Senior/Lead Back End Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services with Python and Java.
• Migrate backend components from Python to Java while maintaining stability.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend integrations.
• Participate in system design and migration strategy.
• Work with distributed systems and microservices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of backend software development experience.
• Strong Python experience (Django, FastAPI, Flask).
• Strong Java experience, preferably Spring Boot.
• OO design, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Relational DBs (PostgreSQL, MySQL); NoSQL a plus; testing/TDD experience.
