Senior Lead Engineer(Hardware Design)

📋 Description

• Lead and contribute to all stages of hardware development lifecycle from concept to production.
• Design and develop digital electronic circuits and CCAs using schematic capture.
• Develop hardware solutions with Ethernet, I2C, USB, LVDS, SERDES, and DDR1/DDR2/DDR3 interfaces.
• Perform hardware verification, testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Conduct signal integrity and timing analyses for robust designs.
• Support environmental and electromagnetic qualification per DO-160, MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Engineering or related STEM; Master’s
• 6+ years in hardware development lifecycle with digital electronics, schematic capture, CCA design
• Hands-on experience with Ethernet, I2C, USB, LVDS, SERDES, and memory interfaces (DDR1/DDR2/DDR3).
• Strong knowledge of hardware verification, signal integrity, timing analyses, and lab
• Experience with DO-160, MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461 or equivalent aerospace/defense standards.
• Embedded hardware familiarity desired.
