Senior Lead, FP&A

📋 Description

• Senior Strategic Finance Lead with deep Aerospace & Defense (A&D) experience in a public
• Own and build integrated long-range financial model (three-statement) with unit economics
• Lead Long Range Plan (LRP) with scenario modeling and valuation frameworks
• Translate production ramps, R&D investments, government milestones into financial outcomes
• Deliver investor-grade outputs for Board and potential public investors
• Digitize and scale modeling infrastructure with data engineering teams

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in IB/PE/hedge funds/equity research
• Direct strategic finance leadership in a publicly traded company
• Deep A&D industry exposure (defense, aerospace, autonomy, robotics, industrial tech)
• Ownership of scalable three-statement models, LRP, valuations, unit economics
• Exceptional Excel modeling; multi-scenario forecasting
• Strong GAAP proficiency and financial statement mechanics
