Senior/Lead Quality Engineer - Chatbot

📋 Description

• Establish quality practices for AI-driven conversational products.
• Develop and improve quality strategies, testing frameworks, and release processes for chatbot
• Measure chatbot quality, reliability, performance, and regression risks.
• Design testing for dynamic AI systems beyond traditional methods.
• Collaborate with software engineers to improve quality across the lifecycle.
• Contribute to performance testing strategies for AI/LLM workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience in software quality engineering, SDET, test automation, or similar role.
• Experience testing chatbot/conversational AI/LLM-powered systems with dynamic behavior.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language and ability to read production code.
• Experience designing automated testing strategies and quality frameworks.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate findings into improvements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with Product, Engineering, and ML teams.
