Senior Lead Software Engineer, Developer Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Architect for Dependencies and Platform domain; drive technical vision across Dev Infra and core
• Partner with CI/CD, Web Platform, Environments, Quality Tools & Testing, and AI Enablement to
• Own architecture, health, and dependencies of Klaviyo codebase with backend focus.
• Oversee platform upgrades and rollouts from design to production, including major releases.
• Mentor engineers; improve developer productivity and reduce toil across teams.
• Diagnose and resolve scalability and reliability issues; implement proactive monitoring.

🎯 Requirements

• 12 years of software development experience; strong CS fundamentals; domain-driven design
• BA/BS in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience.
• Technical Expertise: Go, Python; cloud platforms AWS/Azure/GCP; Kubernetes; Docker; Terraform.
• Architectural Skills: solid software architecture and system integration knowledge; influence
• Soft Skills: problem-solving, analytical thinking, leadership, clear communication.
• AI Enthusiast: experience with AI tools/work; eager to explore responsibly.
