📋 Description

Maintain and stabilise a production IAM system
Help define transition to a modern, company-wide IDP
Work within Developer Experience platform team
Collaborate with product teams on migration approach
Shape engineering standards and security practices
Participate in cross-functional conversations and on-call coverage

🎯 Requirements

3–5+ years of programming experience
Java and Spring Boot
Microservices architecture
Familiarity with CIAM concepts — authentication and authorisation
Experience with OpenID Connect and/or SAML is a plus
Proven ability to make and defend technical decisions
