Qualified lawyer with several years' post-qualification experience (music/entertainment/digital or
Strong academics; demonstrated track record drafting and negotiating commercial, licensing and IP
Solid knowledge of copyright law, music publishing/licensing structures and data protection.
Strong commercial awareness; able to balance legal risk with business-focused advice.
Highly organized, proactive and capable of handling multiple matters; external counsel experience
