📋 Description

• Review high yield bond documentation to provide analysis on primary transactions.
• Write topical reports on secondary situations with journalists and credit analysts.
• Write thematic reports explaining covenant trends to clients.
• Answer client questions about covenant packages of borrowers and issuers.
• Use proprietary tech to build and expand covenant databases.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop new covenant features.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience within a high yield capital markets team at a top-tier law firm
• Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating high yield bond documentation
• Keen commercial awareness of leveraged finance markets and capital structures
• Strong technical understanding of how leveraged finance covenants and definitions operate
• Solid existing network of relationships within the leveraged finance community
• Excellent networking and written/verbal communication skills
