Senior Legal Counsel

📋 Description

• Provide strategic legal support for commercial operations
• Structure, draft, review, negotiate, and finalize commercial agreements (SaaS, licensing
• Partner on complex transactions with customers, vendors, and partners
• Evaluate risks and offer practical business-focused solutions
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, Privacy, Security, Procurement, and Customer Success
• Develop and improve contract templates, playbooks, and processes

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 3–6 years in commercial contract negotiation and legal counseling
• Proven ability to manage and close strategic enterprise agreements
• Strong knowledge of tech contract terms (licensing, IP, indemnification, liability, privacy, data
• Experience creating contract frameworks, templates, playbooks, or guidelines
• Excellent verbal/written communication; ability to explain complex concepts
