📋 Description

• Review, draft, negotiate, and advise on commercial contracts.
• Collaborate with ecosystem contributors to align contracts with goals.
• Support contract management, negotiations, and risk assessment.
• Provide practical legal advice on opportunities, ecosystem initiatives, and partnerships.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks balancing opportunity and risk.
• Develop legal frameworks for resilience and scalability of the Lido ecosystem.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience at a law firm and/or in-house.
• Deep experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Strong commercial judgment for risk-based decisions in fast-moving environments.
• Ability to work autonomously and drive matters forward.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate complex legal topics.
• Comfortable with decentralised teams, open-source projects, or protocol ecosystems.
