Law degree and bar admission in at least one EU jurisdiction
4+ years of professional legal experience, focusing on commercial/sales contracts
In-house SaaS/tech experience with enterprise sales support
Experience negotiating MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, Terms of Service
Strong understanding of EU law; UK/US familiarity preferred
Excellent English drafting and negotiation skills
