Senior Legal Counsel

📋 Description

• Lead drafting, review, redlining, and negotiation of SaaS enterprise sales agreements and other
• Partner with enterprise sales and other stakeholders to provide practical legal advice throughout
• Review and negotiate partnership, procurement, marketing, and strategic agreements across the EMEA
• Advise on data privacy, intellectual property, information security, corporate matters, and risk
• Provide legal guidance on employment and labor law matters and lead HR-related legal projects.
• Support product initiatives and launches by identifying legal considerations and implementing

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree and admission to the bar in at least one European jurisdiction.
• 4+ years of professional legal experience, with focus on drafting, redlining, and negotiating
• Significant in-house experience supporting enterprise sales teams within SaaS/tech environments.
• Demonstrated experience negotiating customer-facing agreements, including MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, Terms
• Strong understanding of commercial contracting and legal processes, with depth in enterprise sales
• Broad knowledge of the EU legal framework; familiarity with UK/US law preferred.
