📋 Description

• Lead legal work across corporate, commercial, IP, and regulatory matters.
• Draft high-value agreements and manage organizational legal risk.
• Partner with external counsel and support product development, including IP.
• Ensure corporate governance standards; collaborate with compliance on regulatory input.
• Research legal issues; review marketing for regulatory compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified solicitor (UK or equivalent) with 5+ years PQE, in-house tech/gaming.
• Broad expertise in commercial, regulatory, IP, data protection, and corporate law.
• Strong written and verbal communication for non-legal stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in contract drafting; multi-jurisdictional regs.
• Proactive, hands-on; able to navigate ambiguity in fast-moving environments.
• Solutions-focused, professional, discreet, high-integrity.
