📋 Description

• Serve as trusted HR advisor on sensitive employee matters.
• Provide strategic legal support to Group Counsel and HR on German labor law.
• Manage complex German employee matters; develop practical legal strategies.
• Draft and review employment and contractor agreements for Germany.
• Lead cross-functional projects to harmonize policies across countries.
• Advise HR on remote work, benefits, discipline, and safety.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
• Law degree; German bar admission is an advantage.
• 6+ years senior employment/labor law experience; in-house or international firms is an advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of German employment law; advise on complex matters and employee representation.
• Clear, solutions-oriented guidance in evolving legal contexts.
• Ability to assess sensitive employee matters and craft clear legal approaches.
