Senior Legal Counsel

📋 Description

• Senior in-house role supporting a fast-growing technology business across EMEA and beyond.
• Focus on complex SaaS commercial contracting with enterprise sales teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, People, Partners, Finance and external counsel.
• Advise on privacy, IP, employment, cybersecurity, corporate matters, and product legal topics.
• Lead cross-functional legal projects and shape governance frameworks.
• Work in a fully remote, international environment contributing to regional and global initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree and bar admission in at least one European jurisdiction.
• 4+ years of professional legal experience drafting, redlining, negotiating contracts.
• Significant in-house experience supporting enterprise sales in SaaS/tech.
• Proven experience negotiating MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, Terms of Service, and related SaaS contracts.
• Strong understanding of commercial contracting and enterprise sales processes.
• Extensive knowledge of EU law; UK/U.S. familiarity preferred.
