📋 Description

• Part-time coaching opportunity for senior legal leaders with experience leading European legal teams
• Provide one-to-one coaching to members, helping set goals, track progress, and maintain
• Use senior legal leadership experience to develop leadership, communication, and decision-making
• Coaching conducted remotely with ongoing communication between sessions
• Engage with a collaborative coaching community and share insights and tools
• Commit to at least 12+ hours per month for 24+ months

🎯 Requirements

• 20+ years of professional experience in legal leadership
• Experience as General Counsel, Chief Legal Officer, or equivalent in a European legal organization
• Experience mentoring and coaching legal professionals
• Strong executive presence and coaching mindset; coaching cert optional but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to foster psychological safety
• Based in North America or Europe; comfortable with remote work
