• Experience as General Counsel or equivalent with responsibility for a European legal organization
• Demonstrated experience mentoring and coaching legal professionals and other leaders.
• Strong executive presence; coaching approach over subject-matter expertise.
• Genuine interest in transforming senior legal leadership into coaching skills; coaching cert is a
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to foster psychological safety.
