• Provide high-quality one-to-one coaching to members through virtual sessions.
• Help members establish professional goals, actionable steps, track progress, and accountability.
• Leverage senior legal leadership experience to strengthen leadership, communication
• Support members navigating complex professional situations, leadership challenges, and career
• Maintain a safe, confidential environment for growth and exploration.
• Communicate with members between sessions via email and in-app messaging to sustain momentum.

🎯 Requirements

• 20+ years of professional legal leadership experience.
• Experience as General Counsel / Chief Legal Officer or senior legal executive with responsibility
• Experience mentoring and coaching legal professionals and other leaders.
• Strong executive presence; coaching approach prioritized over deep subject-matter expertise.
• Coaching certification is a plus but not required; participation in ICF-certified training program.
• Genuine interest in transforming senior legal leadership into coaching skills.
