🎯 Requirements

• 20+ years of professional experience in legal leadership, including substantial experience leading
• Experience serving as a General Counsel, Chief Legal Officer, senior legal executive, or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience managing, developing, mentoring, and coaching legal professionals and other
• Strong executive presence and the ability to draw on real-world leadership experience without
• Coaching certification is a plus but not required, as selected coaches participate in the required
• Genuine interest in transforming senior legal leadership experience into meaningful professional
