📋 Description

• Provide high-quality one-to-one coaching to members virtually.
• Help members set goals, track progress, and stay accountable.
• Leverage senior legal leadership to enhance leadership, communication, and problem-solving.
• Support members with career decisions and organizational dynamics.
• Maintain a confidential, respectful coaching environment.
• Communicate between sessions via email and in-app messages.

🎯 Requirements

• 20+ years in legal leadership, esp. leading legal teams in tech.
• Experience as GC/Chief Legal Officer with EU legal orgs in US tech co.
• Experience mentoring legal professionals and leaders.
• Strong executive presence; coaching approach first.
• Coaching cert is a plus but not required; training provided.
• Genuine interest in coaching senior legal leaders.
