Senior Legal Executive/General Counsel Coach

📋 Description

• Part-time coaching role for senior legal leaders with European exposure
• Provide 1:1 coaching virtually; help clients set goals, track progress, and stay accountable
• Leverage senior legal leadership to strengthen leadership, communication, decision-making, and
• Support clients in navigating professional challenges and organizational dynamics
• Maintain confidentiality; communicate between sessions via email and in-app messaging
• Participate in required coach training and share best practices with the coaching community

🎯 Requirements

• 20+ years of legal leadership experience, including leading legal teams in tech
• Experience as General Counsel or equivalent with responsibility for a European legal org within a
• Proven ability to mentor and coach legal professionals and leaders
• Strong executive presence and coaching approach; subject-matter expertise secondary
• Coaching certification is a plus but not required (ICF program provided)
• High self-awareness, emotional intelligence, active listening, and ability to create psychological
