📋 Description

• Offboarding for remote employees across multiple jurisdictions.
• Provide ER guidance on terminations, resignations, transfers.
• Lead client meetings and guide on complex terminations.
• Drive process improvements and automation in Lifecycle.
• Collaborate with payroll, legal, and other teams for compliance.
• Support global employment compliance and HR practices.

🎯 Requirements

• HR Advisor or HRBP experience across employee lifecycle.
• Experience managing voluntary/involuntary exits with care and compliance.
• Strong written/spoken English; other languages are a plus.
• Automation, AI fluency, and passion for process optimization.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote, async team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and confidentiality.
