📋 Description

• Lead planning, design, implementation, and scaling of linguistic quality programs with
• Develop and operationalize linguistic quality frameworks, policies, methodologies, and governance
• Act as senior subject-matter expert on linguistic quality, LQA methodologies, localization best
• Define audit frameworks and oversee audits by quality team members.
• Analyze audit results, metrics, and performance data to identify risks and improvement
• Lead strategic quality improvements with actionable recommendations and measurable outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Translation, Linguistics, or related field.
• At least 5 years in localization with substantial linguistic QA and CAT tools experience.
• At least 3 years of leadership/management in quality-focused roles.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional quality initiatives and large-scale localization
• Advanced knowledge of LQA tools, methodologies, and language asset management.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level clients and complex localization requirements.
