📋 Description

• Own and evolve Power Digital's enterprise LookML semantic layer for 1,000+ staff and 600+ clients.
• Write scalable LookML with metadata to support conversational analytics.
• Translate stakeholder asks into technical implementations; design reusable Looker assets.
• Build Looker data products for internal and client use with strong visualization/UI principles.
• Design LookML for scale and performance; tune aggregate layers and govern LookML across instances.
• Own LookML style guide, naming conventions, and train users; mentor junior developers.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years owning full lifecycle of production LookML models and data products.
• Advanced SQL with a modern cloud data warehouse (Snowflake and BigQuery preferred).
• Strong foundation in dimensional modeling and data warehousing fundamentals.
• Agency experience in performance marketing analytics; comfortable with multi-client pace.
• Experience deploying and governing LookML across multiple Looker instances.
• Experience with extensible LookML and modular visualizations in a multi-tenant environment.
