📋 Description

• Drive value realization of the Microsoft 365 platform across the organization.
• Act as the face of the M365 product team, delivering clear direction to users on optimal usage.

• Partner with engineering to align technical implementations with business requirements.
• Lead functionality discovery and influence roadmap decisions based on business needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6 years’ experience; Master’s with 5; PhD with 0.
• Experience in IT focusing on Microsoft 365 collaboration in large orgs.
• Proven ability to partner with engineering teams on technical implementations.
• Proven ability to engage users across large enterprise M365 instances.
• Strong product ownership, change management, and user adoption skills.
• Experience with tool rationalization and cost optimization; M365 deployments/integrations.
