Senior Machine Learning Engineer

📋 Description

• Build, evaluate, and productionize ML models across the lifecycle (classical ML to fine-tuned small
• Design and operate GenAI/LLM integrations, including prompt design and cost/latency tradeoffs.
• Develop edge and cloud deployment strategies for models based on latency and privacy needs.
• Work on multimodal perception (speech, NLP, CV) and production ML services in collaboration with
• Improve data pipelines and ETL to feed ML models and improve learner outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building and shipping ML systems to production.
• Languages: Rust or Go preferred; Python (or Julia) for data science.
• ML frameworks: PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow (framework-agnostic sufficient).
• Tools: Git, code review, cross-team collaboration.
• Hands-on with AI coding tools and integrating hosted LLMs into production.
• Experience building from scratch and fine-tuning models; strong communication of tradeoffs.
