Senior Machine Learning Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and improve AI systems powering clinical products
• Own projects end-to-end: diagnose, design, deploy, iterate
• Collaborate with clinicians, PMs, and engineers
• Hybrid role: onsite in SF three days/week

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in production ML or applied AI
• Strong understanding of LLMs and production AI
• Experience designing evaluations for complex AI systems
• Proficient in Python; PyTorch preferred
• Data-centric mindset with strong collaboration skills
• Healthcare/regulatory experience is a plus
