Senior Machine Learning Engineer (Agentic AI)

📋 Description

• Design, prototype, implement, and maintain scalable AI systems with LLMs.
• Build agentic AI apps with multi-step LLM workflows, RAG, and tooling
• Design and run evaluation pipelines for agent quality (LLM-as-judge, safety)
• Collaborate with frontend/product teams to design API contracts and features
• Monitor performance, latency, cost, and SLAs of AI systems in production
• Provide technical leadership and drive necessary infrastructure or architectural changes

🎯 Requirements

• Graduated from Computer Engineering or similar
• 5+ years of software development experience
• Proficient in Python
• Knowledge of SQL for data manipulation
• Familiar with ML lifecycle
• Hands-on with agent/LLM frameworks (Strands SDK, LangChain/LangGraph) and Langfuse
