Senior Machine Learning Engineer

📋 Description

• Architect and deploy production ML systems for scale and reliability.
• Build supervised, unsupervised, DL, and generative models in production.
• Own ML pipelines, feature stores, training infra, and inference systems.
• Design RAG systems, fine-tuning pipelines, prompts, and evaluation pipelines.
• Implement CI/CD for ML, model versioning, monitoring, and drift detection.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to translate problems into AI solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 7 to 15+ years in software engineering, data science, or ML.
• Strong background in product companies, scale-ups, or enterprise AI platforms.
• Proven track record building production-grade AI systems, not just notebooks.
• End-to-end ownership from data through deployment to monitoring.
• Product-focused engineering approach, not research-only.
• Advanced Python and production-grade systems thinking.
