Senior Machine Learning Engineer (Search)

📋 Description

• Design, build, and release AI products/features that solve real user problems
• Design and implement streaming/batch data pipelines for training and inference
• Write production-ready code using cloud services and CI/CD tools
• Continuously monitor and improve system quality and performance
• Own end-to-end ownership across the system
• Build resilient, high-performance pipelines and services in production
• Own architecture, performance, observability, and scalability
• Collaborate across teams to turn ideas into products
• Mentor engineers and help set technical direction

🎯 Requirements

• Designed and deployed search, ranking, or recommendation systems
• NLP/IR techniques like transformers, embeddings, vector search, LLMs
• A/B tested impact and acted to improve
• Hands-on with AWS/GCP, Docker/Kubernetes, or MLOps pipelines
• Strong software architecture and domain-driven design
• APIs, microservices, or messaging queues; observability, security, CI/CD
