📋 Description

• Lead ML engineers to build safety AI systems for language/text content at Roblox
• Oversee real-time content understanding and moderation with large language models
• Collaborate with Product, Policy, and Trust & Safety to design scalable safety solutions
• Own roadmap and execution of Language Safety AI, delivering value iteratively
• Guide architecture of large-scale language models and production-ready systems
• Mentor teams, foster innovation, accountability, and inclusivity

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building large-scale ML systems in production
• 2+ years with language models or foundation models
• Experience with ML modeling, data, and infrastructure challenges at scale
• Strong collaboration across Product, Data, Research, and Design
• Ability to translate complex problems into clear roadmaps and metrics
