🎯 Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational machining cert preferred.
Experience operating CNC machines and metalworking equipment desired.
Strong reading of blueprints and precision measurement tools.
Proficiency in CNC operation, lathes, milling, and related tooling.
Detail-oriented with good communication and teamwork.
Basic computer skills for programming/data entry and safety compliance.
