🎯 Requirements

8+ years in mainframe scheduling and automation (preferred).
Mastery of IBM Workload Scheduler for z/OS (IWS/TWS).
Experience with IWS subsystems: BatchAD, BatchCP, Audit, Graph, XINFO.
Familiar with WLM policies and z/OS scheduling concepts.
Proficient in REXX and JCL scripting; REST API/Zowe CLI a plus.
Strong collaboration and leadership skills in global teams.
