📋 Description

• Lead and grow Solutions Architecture team across [REGION], hiring and ramping in region.
• Stay hands-on with architecture reviews and deployment escalations.
• Own regional coverage model: accounts, on-call, escalation paths.
• Collaborate with Sales/Field Eng on validation, planning, adoption.
• Turn recurring issues into reusable assets and reference architectures.
• Deliver technical workshops, demos, and enablement sessions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years managing a customer-facing tech team; 5+ for Senior Manager.
• 7+ years infra/SRE experience; 10+ for Senior Manager.
• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm; strong networking (DNS, TLS, ingress).
• Terraform and IaC experience; cloud platforms AWS/GCP/Azure.
• Strong Linux/Unix CLI; Python; ML workflows familiarity.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS and on-prem deployments.
