📋 Description

• Lead GAAP financial reporting and close processes.
• Document technical accounting positions per FASB/SEC requirements.
• Support external audit with policy memos and audit timelines.
• Transform controllership processes for accuracy and efficiency.
• Leverage AI tools to gain insights and drive efficiencies.

🎯 Requirements

• CPA required
• 6+ years in external audit, financial reporting, technical accounting, and controllership
• Strong knowledge of ASC 606, 718, 842, 350-40; ability to research complex accounting
• Experience with NetSuite or equivalent ERP and advanced Excel
• Ability to handle confidential matters and communicate with diverse audiences
• Experience incorporating AI tools into processes
