Direct offshore AR team management in Bangladesh
Develop collections strategies using data-driven insights
Build and maintain standard operating procedures
Drive accountability for offshore team output and engagement
Build relationships with internal and external customers

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
10+ years AR/credit/collections, 3+ years in management
Knowledge of ASC 606
Experience managing offshore teams
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
ERP/financial systems experience (NetSuite strongly preferred)
