Senior Manager, AI Corporate Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead a senior team spanning platform engineering and technical program management.
• Own the AI access layer end to end: identity, authentication, allowlisting, guardrails.
• Own AI cost engineering: attribution, right-size model usage, spend traceability, budget alerts.
• Own the MCP layer for internal tools, governance, and impact assessment for migrations.
• Define a paved path for internal applications with secure defaults and lifecycle policies.
• Build enablement for internal AI usage, including tools registry and evaluation framework.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on depth across LLM platform tooling, identity/OAuth, CI/CD, and IaC.
• Experience standing up an internal AI or developer platform function; charter and roadmap ownership.
• 8+ years in platform, infrastructure, or systems engineering; 3+ years managing engineers.
• Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams and partner organizations.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
