Senior Manager, Airworthiness and Certification

📋 Description

• Lead civil certification strategy for U.S. and international programs, primary technical authority
• Support certification activities with international authorities and guide U.S.-based efforts within
• Manage civil certification projects from assessment to final approval.
• Lead Military Airworthiness and Cyber Certification teams, set priorities and mentor leaders.
• Oversee military airworthiness strategies for defense programs and related documentation.
• Guide cyber security certification strategies across civil/military programs.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years aerospace certification experience with FAA certification and international regulators.
• Experience achieving FAA Part 23 and/or Part 25 certificates, amendments, or STCs; foreign
• 5+ years leading or managing engineering teams across multiple disciplines.
• Bachelor's in aerospace/mechanical engineering, computer science, or related field; master's
• Proven ability to lead certification programs for complex/novel aircraft technologies.
• Strong knowledge of 14 CFR Parts 21, 23, 25; familiar with Parts 43, 145, 91, 135.
