Collaborate with HR Operations, Legal, Finance, and leadership to optimize programs.
Drive cost-effectiveness and measurable improvements for employee benefits.
Design and deliver financial wellbeing strategies and data-driven insights.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years of 401(k) plan management and/or plan assets $1B+
Deep ERISA, DOL, IRS knowledge; fiduciary best practices
Experience with international benefits management and vendor negotiation
Strong analytical and reporting skills; executive-focused insights
Proven ability to influence across diverse teams and senior leaders
Self-directed, proactive, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
