🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years' experience managing 401(k) plans (10,000+ participants / $1B+ assets)
• Deep expertise in ERISA, DOL, IRS regulations and fiduciary practices
• Experience with international benefits management and vendor negotiation
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with outcomes focus
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and collaborate cross-functionally
• Proactive, self-directed; manage multiple priorities and deadlines
