Senior Manager, Analytics & Insights

📋 Description

• Design dashboards for Sales and ops teams
• Develop data models for financial metrics
• Lead cross-functional projects for tooling/data sets
• Optimize GTM tech stack for analytics
• Work with GTM leadership on insights
• Manage ad-hoc data analysis and QA support

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Sales/GTM org; quota modeling
• 5+ years SQL experience
• 3+ years data visualization with Tableau/Looker/Mode/Sisense
• ETL/data modeling with warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake)
• Experience with Salesforce, BigQuery, dbt, NetSuite
• Excellent communication with senior management
• Familiar with Grafana visualization or willingness to learn
