Senior Manager, Benefits

📋 Description

• Own strategy, design, and roadmap for US/global benefits programs.
• Lead function with partner cross-functionally (People, Payroll, Finance, Legal).
• Balance strategic program ownership with hands-on execution.
• Operate in a Flexible First model; remote within US or Oakland, CA.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in US benefits with program strategy and design.
• 3+ years leading benefits teams or managing brokers/vendors.
• Experience in renewals, broker negotiations, and post-enrollment reconciliation.
• Deep expertise in health & welfare programs and compliance (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, NDT
• Experience at scaling tech companies and benefits integration for M&A.
• Workday Benefits experience; advanced Google Sheets or Excel data handling.
