Senior Manager, BI Solution Development

📋 Description

• Lead India-based BI developers across GTM and Revenue Ops use cases
• Set team direction, priorities, and delivery standards across analytics, reporting, and dashboards
• Provide technical leadership across BI architecture, data modeling, dashboard design, and solution development
• Partner with business stakeholders to align data, reporting, and analytics with priorities
• Drive scalable BI solutions across pipeline, forecasting, and executive reporting; data mart strategy
• Mentor team and collaborate with platforms and data teams to ensure data accuracy and usable analytics

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in BI/analytics or related roles
• 5+ years of people management leading BI, analytics, or data development teams
• Strong expertise in SQL, Python, large-scale data environments, and cloud data platforms such as Snowflake and dbt
• Experience building or overseeing data models, ETL/ELT pipelines, and analytics solutions in enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of BI development practices, data architecture, data modeling, and reporting performance optimization
• Experience with Tableau; strong stakeholder management and ability to translate complex ideas into clear business messaging
