Senior Manager, Brand and Integrated Marketing

📋 Description

• Lead Roo’s brand team and shape how the veterinary community experiences Roo across channels
• Oversee brand/content, social/community, and events; guide external partners across PR, design
• Create narratives, creative systems, and signature moments to make Roo’s brand clear, cohesive, and
• Drive multi-channel campaigns from audience insight through planning, execution, measurement, and
• Ensure brand output is high-quality, consistent, and visually cohesive across major campaigns and
• Develop scalable brand systems, templates, and processes to activate the brand company-wide.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or campaign marketing, leading multi-channel
• Experience managing and developing teams and external partners/agencies.
• Strong storyteller with clear point of view, visual coherence, and high-quality execution.
• Collaborative, cross-functional, and skilled at building trust and relationships.
• Data-driven with ability to translate research and performance learnings into strategy and impact.
• Curiosity and energy to test new ideas, formats, channels, and audience opportunities.
