Senior Manager, Brand Design

📋 Description

• Lead and execute design across brand experiences, campaigns, events
• Develop scalable visual systems across print, digital, motion, and env
• Own end-to-end design from concept to delivery; liaise with teams
• Provide system docs and guidance for consistent brand execution
• Build enablement resources (templates, docs) for brand usage
• Collaborate with events, social, web, product; work with animation/illustration

🎯 Requirements

• BFA or MA/MS degree in design or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 6+ years design experience; ready to transition to senior role
• Portfolio focused on event design, campaigns, layout, design systems, and visual storytelling
• Strong fluency across print, digital, motion, and events
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe and Figma systems, libraries, and scalable brand documentation
• Clear communicator of design rationale and constraints to both creative and non-creative stakeholders
