📋 Description

• Lead and manage a team of implementation consultants and leads, establishing clear performance
• Develop and execute implementation capacity plans that anticipate client demand, optimize staffing
• Partner with directors and senior cross-functional leaders to improve implementation methodologies
• Own the quality and consistency of client implementations, monitoring performance, identifying
