Senior Manager, Clinical Data Operations & Integration

📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop managers and data operations professionals for client data onboarding and
• Oversee large-scale healthcare data implementations across clients, products, and concurrent
• Drive onboarding and ongoing support of clinical, financial, patient, provider, and revenue cycle
• Partner with client IT and clinical teams to ensure accurate ingestion, mapping, validation
• Lead implementations with HL7, FHIR, ADT, X12, CCD/C-CDA formats.
• Establish scalable implementation practices, governance, and delivery processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in healthcare data, technology, analytics, interoperability, revenue cycle, or related
• 8+ years in client-facing roles with internal or external customers.
• At least 3 years leading and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, CCD/C-CDA, X12).
• Hands-on SQL, data validation, ETL/ELT, data integration, and cloud platforms.
