Senior Manager, Clinical Operations (FSP)

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor clinical operations professionals across programs.
• Oversee performance reviews, recruitment, onboarding, and career development.
• Manage resource allocation and workflow planning to meet timelines.
• Maintain complete, accurate employee records and documentation.
• Provide training on SOPs, regulatory expectations, and processes.
• Travel up to 25% for site visits and client engagements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Life Sciences or related preferred.
• 12+ years in clinical monitoring, trial mgmt, eTMF, or operations.
• 4+ years managing CRAs, coordinators, or project support staff.
• Experience with FSP clients as primary contact.
• Strong knowledge of workflow allocation, metrics, QA/CAPA.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
