📋 Description

• Lead monthly reconciliation of global investigator grant expenses.
• Oversee POs for clinical site payments and vendors.
• Review vendor invoices and drawdowns with Sourcing & Finance.
• Own monthly PO accrual analysis & close timelines (SOX).
• Perform study/portfolio-wide BvA analysis; support financial close.
• Build models for cash flow, liabilities, scenarios.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; 7+ years in finance/biotech/pharma.
• Clinical trial finance, site budgeting, payments, vendor sourcing.
• Strong knowledge of clinical development in pharma/biotech.
• Financial modeling; cash-flow forecasts; accruals; scenario analysis.
• SOX controls, audit readiness, reconciliations, documentation.
• Excel and financial systems experience (SAP/Oracle/Ariba/Agiloft).
