Senior Manager, Commercial Sourcing  Contracts

📋 Description

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for Contract Manufacturing Organizations.
• Draft, negotiate, and finalize commercial contracts and MSAs.
• Maintain contract repository with renewal dates and obligations.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance against SLAs/KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Quality, CMC).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor 's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 10 years of supply chain experience.
• Life sciences industry experience; experience with commercial products a plus.
• Proven negotiation and management of commercial contracts with CMOs in regulated environments.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple contracts/projects.
